Need to return something? No problem. Our returns process is fair and straight forward so you can shop with confidence.
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
- You may cancel an order at any time PRIOR to shipment (Usually a 24 Hour time limit before we ship out orders).
- All sales are FINAL.
- NO Refunds or Exchanges. There are exceptions for specific circumstances, such as damaged products or missing items.
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for buyers remorse, open/used or products that were not originally purchased from our company.
- Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Natasha's Nails pass to you upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
